Rates and Conditions

Rentals include access to air-conditioned changing and bathroom area and exclusive use of the three acre portrait estate.  The current rates do not include use of the indoor studio. Those requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  Time is measured from entrance and exit on the property and not actual shooting time.  Rates do not include 8.00 % sales tax.

• $75/hour with a 2 hour minimum
• Half day - $225 for four hours
• Full day - $400 for eight hours

One-half of the total amount is due at booking.  The remaining balance is to be received prior to entrance on the property.  Each person present at the shoot must sign a release and waiver form.

The photographer is responsible for his or her clients.  Please clean up after yourselves and return everything as it was found.  Photographers will be billed for the repair or replacement value of items damaged during the session.  We do not allow smoking on the grounds or in any of the buildings, and the upstairs portion of the studio is off-limits.

Each photographer is responsible for obtaining a signed release form from their client/client's adult guardian prior to the session.  Additionally, the photographer needs to complete one for their initial visit on the property.  The form may be downloaded HERE.  The completed document may be delivered on the day of the session or e-mailed beforehand to info@3825sbowen.com.

Any time booked is for the exclusive, private use of one photographer. Once an appointment time is booked, it is unavailable to be shared or "sub-leased", except in rare extenuating circumstances facilitated directly by 3825 S. Bowen. Photographers should not contact one another to overlap, share, or swap booked times at the property. Failure to comply with this or any other condition presented by 3825 S. Bowen may result in prohibition from future rentals.

Cancellation Policy:  due to the nature of the exclusive bookings, we often have to turn away potential clients once a time slot is reserved, and as such, the deposit is non-refundable.  The photographer may book a different client in the slot or if schedules allow, we may be able to reschedule to a different time/date.
